The best way to learn is from someone ahead of you. But many senior executives and higher-level people won’t openly share what led to their success with you.

Some are scared you’ll take their jobs, some might not even know what got them where they are, and others - might feel like you have to figure it all out on your own. But I don’t agree with this philosophy.

My Story

My international career started in 1998 out of the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. As a Senior in High School, my grades began to slip, and I was losing focus.

Like many other young people, I had a bad case of "Senior-itis." I failed an English class, my grades were slipping, my GPA dropped, and my acceptance to Sacramento State University was revoked.

After High School I was lost, and had no real purpose in life. That is until my best friend's mom stepped in. She told me she worked as a private contractor installing home pc networks in the San Francisco Bay Area. She then showed me a check for $4K for an installation that she completed over the weekend.

That's the day my life changed. I was intrigued and wanted to learn more about what she did and how she had earned so much money in just a short period.

Why I Do It

After a near death experience in 2003 during Operation Iraqi Freedom, I was stuck in bed with broken ribs and a collapsing torso. All I could do was lie there and think about my life. The doctor walked in, took one look at me, and walked away because he didn’t think I would make it.

As I laid there I realized that for the past 22 years of my life I was just skating by and letting the wind take me where it may in all areas of my life. I was not living up to my potential and I wasn’t someone who my family could be proud of.

In early 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, I realized that the methods I used for career success could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow up with the framework to make it happen. So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible create a career development plan and a better life for themselves and their families.
